Welcome to the all-day live election results thread. Our election after-party.

We will update throughout the day.

• Because it takes time to count ballots we will probably have to wait days and in some cases weeks for all the votes to be counted

We have very interesting results already. By reading our US House election analysis you were probably one of the few people not surprised by the House results.
